Grants in partnership with Help Refugees
While the Global Whole Being Fund supports organizations working in many communities, its primary partner is Help Refugees, a trusted "intermediate funder" that receives and guides donations to those most in need, with maximum efficiency and a minimum of overhead. Help Refugees is a group of everyday people that has quickly evolved to become the most significant facilitator of grassroots aid in Europe, with more than 70 carefully vetted implementing partners across Europe and the Middle East. Help Refugees is unique in their refined capacity to closely engage with and regularly monitor their local partners, carefully assess priorities in this dynamic migration environment, and rapidly respond to the changing needs of refugee communities across the migration routes. By teaming with a high integrity, high capacity partner like Help Refugees, the Global Whole Being Fund can provide timely and highly effective holistic support to fill gaps within the emergency and humanitarian aid systems and transform the refugee response system, while meeting needs across many interrelated areas including education, community building, shelter, health care, psycho-social support, rescue missions, non-food items, healthy food, and the wellbeing of women and youth.
